1.2. Our services are available for home visits in Edinburgh and surroundings, in an office and on-line.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2. Payments are required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.
2.3. We accept cash and bank transfers.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
3.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% deducted from the pre-payment.
4. Health and Safety
4.1. Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to the session.
4.2. Renaissance Therapy reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the client.
4.3. Sessions are strictly professional, and any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

5.1. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Renaissance Therapy is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
5.2. Our therapists are fully insured and operate within professional guidelines.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with data protection laws.
6.2. Your details will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties.
