The Four Foundations of Connection
Each relationship is shaped by four essential elements:
- Self-Adjustment – Understanding your own body, emotions, and reactions.
- Availability – Becoming more aware of how you respond to your partner’s presence.
- Responsiveness – Learning to recognise and meet your partner’s needs through body language.
- Involvement – Actively engaging in mutual problem-solving and creating shared experiences.
Through guided exercises in mindfulness, movement, and sensory awareness, couples will explore these foundations interactively and reflectively, gaining deeper insight into their relationship dynamics.
